Aladdin İraz

Aladdin İraz is a founding partner of Pi Legal Consultancy and has practised law for more than 20 years. He focuses on dispute resolution, arbitration, corporate governance, energy and oil-sector matters, administrative law, residency and citizenship, and cross-border investment-related mandates.
He regularly advises foreign individuals, investors and corporate clients on contentious and non-contentious matters involving Turkish courts, public authorities, commercial counterparties and regulatory bodies. His practice combines litigation strategy with practical authority-facing execution, particularly in matters involving administrative procedures, investment structuring, commercial disputes, enforcement, citizenship and residence-related issues.
Mr. İraz has developed a strong professional network across business circles and public-facing platforms in Türkiye, including through his involvement with Independent Industrial Businessman Association, mainly known as MÜSİAD, Foreign Economic Relations Board, mainly known as DEİK and other leading business organizations. He is also part of the team recognized with a Certificate of Appreciation by the World Bank Group for its contribution to the Business Ready 2025 Project.
